RETURN & WARRANTY AGREEMENT

ANY WARRANTY, RETURN, AND/OR EXCHANGE PRODUCT SENT BACK MUST HAVE AN RMA # OR IT WILL BE REFUSED AT YOUR EXPENSE
RETURNS
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and be in good condition to be given credit. Credit given is for product only and does not include shipping expenses. If product has to be refurbished a 20% restocking fee will be charged. A Credit Memo will be faxed to you once product is received and processed. The credit will be applied to your next purchase unless otherwise noted.
All Special orders, which include; Custom Color on all product, Towers, and/or Biminis are final. No returns will be accepted and/or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges on any items that are exchangeable must have reason for return before sent back. New product will not be sent out to Dealer until exchange product is received. Once product is received back at Hydrocide, Inc., it will be exchanged out and sent back to Dealer. Unless the exchange is the fault of Hydrocide, Inc., shipping charges will be incurred by the Dealer. When Product is shipped back it will be sent ground, Dealers will pay the extra cost if expedited shipping is requested.
WARRANTY
Once Product is purchased from Hydrocide, Inc., a 1 year warranty will take effect. This 1 year warranty is based on the date of shipment from Hydrocide, Inc. and includes all time that the Dealer might display or stock merchandise. It is up to Dealers to inform their customers when any Hydrocide, Inc. product is sold what time has lapsed since there original purchase. Please have your customer contact you if any problems should occur. All warranty items are subject to approval from a Hydrocide, Inc. representative.
